How it works

Send the Pickup Location
Send us a Google Maps link or the exact address where your scooter or motorcycle is located
Take a Photo of the Vehicle
If possible, send a photo of your scooter or motorcycle where it is currently parked, with the surrounding street visible.
Provide Vehicle Details
Send the brand, model, and registration number of your vehicle.
Prepare the Bike for Pickup
If the courier does not have the key, please leave the steering unlocked. Otherwise, the vehicle cannot be collected.
Send Delivery Information
Provide the delivery address and your contact details, including your name and phone number.
Pickup and Safe Transport
Our courier will collect your vehicle, transport it safely across Warsaw, and notify you once the delivery is completed.

FAQ
The transport of one scooter within Warsaw costs 170 PLN (from one location to another). If you need to transport two or more scooters, or if the transport is outside Warsaw, we will provide an individual quotation.

No. If you cannot be present, please let us know in advance where the scooter key will be left.
The key can be left in a previously agreed location, for example:
- Inside the scooter storage compartment
- Under the front glove box
- Or any other location agreed in advance
Yes, if you have provided us with the vehicle keys. Otherwise, the steering must be unlocked before the courier arrives. If it is locked, the courier will contact you and wait for 15 minutes. If you do not unlock it within this time, the delivery will be considered completed.
If the steering is locked and you have provided us with the vehicle keys, we can unlock it and transport the scooter. Otherwise, the courier will contact you and wait for 15 minutes for you to unlock the steering. If it remains locked after 15 minutes, the delivery will be considered completed.
If the steering cannot be unlocked and the additional fee is not accepted, the transport cannot be completed. In this case, the order will be considered impossible to complete due to circumstances on the customer’s side.
If our driver arrives at the pickup location but the transport cannot be completed due to circumstances on the customer’s side (for example, locked steering, missing key, customer not present, or any undisclosed issue preventing collection), the service will be considered completed. Any payment made for the transport is non-refundable.
Our driver will normally wait for up to 10 minutes. If you inform us in advance that you are running slightly late, we may be able to wait a little longer, depending on our schedule.
Yes. Before booking the transport, please let us know if:
- The steering is locked
- The front or rear wheel is locked
- The scooter has been involved in an accident
- The scooter cannot be moved normally
This information allows us to prepare the appropriate equipment and personnel.
Please inform us before our driver arrives. A scooter with a locked wheel requires special loading procedures. In some cases, someone at the pickup location may need to assist with loading, or an additional team member may be required.
Knowing the scooter’s condition beforehand allows us to prepare the correct vehicle, equipment, and number of staff required for safe transport. This helps avoid delays and unexpected additional charges.
